Competences achieved
Students are required to show that they have obtained practical experience and achieved a level of competence to at least at middle management level. These competencies relate to skills necessary to help one work effectively within the four business process shown below.

Students will therefore be required to document their work experience in the Competences Achievement Schedule (this will be sent out at the beginning of the programme) and link these experiences to the competencies required. The student’s superior at work/line manager will be asked to verify that these competences have been achieved.
It is expected that a candidate will have spent at least three years in a middle/high management position while accumulating the documented experience.
